The Stated Clerk of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) says there is a need for reform in policing in this country. The Reverend Dr. J. Herbert Nelson, II, is urging communities and police to find better ways to help resolve issues, specifically as it relates to people of color.
To do that, Nelson says, the system of policing needs to change.
