Grants for New Ministries Within Your Congregation
The Church Development Fund has been established by the Presbytery of South Dakota to expand congregational ministry by supporting innovative ministry initiatives at the congregational level. The use of these funds will result in revitalized congregations by becoming mission oriented and reaching out to the local community and beyond, sharing the good news of Jesus Christ. These funds may also be utilized in a missional effort for new church development. The purpose of these funds is not to keep church doors open due to a lack of membership and finances, but to throw open the doors in an opportunity to engage with the community around us in new ways.
